How Coaching Works

My goal as a coach is to empower my clients to have satisfying, fulfilling and successful lives, both personally and professionally. In each coaching session, I draw on a variety of skills and resources to assist my clients to:

  • clarify what they really want
  • develop strategies for how to get there and
  • provide ongoing support to overcome the obstacles along the way.

When we pursue important goals and dreams, it's not usual to become disheartened or fearful at times. A coach can help you get "unstuck" and moving forward again.

I strive to provide my clients with compassionate encouragement, discerning questions, useful information, appropriate resources, empowering ways of looking at their situation, and most importantly - a belief that they can have their heart's desire.
